We must be certain that, before a choice, we chose what is best for both of us and not just the best for each one. Each employee is responsible for his negotiated activity and co-responsible if the co-worker does not fulfil his own task, thus preventing the common goal. A team is a set of individuals - is a whole. In the business game, as in social or family contexts, everyone must comply with their own relative position and we shall not permit that one of ours fails to be in our team.

The event will take place at the dst group headquarters in Palmeira
The Order of Engineers and dst group are hosting the seminar “Modernization of Construction” tomorrow, June 18, in Braga—an initiative dedicated to exploring new engineering models and the role of industrialized construction in addressing the housing crisis.
The event will take place at the dst group headquarters in Palmeira and will bring together experts, academics, business leaders, and national and international policymakers for a discussion focused on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in the construction sector.
The program includes a visit to Norman Foster’s micro-city and ZETHAUS – Industrialized Construction, projects that showcase new approaches to urbanization and industrialized construction. During the afternoon session, presentations are scheduled by the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Hugo Espírito Santo; the president of the Order of Engineers, Fernando de Almeida Santos; and the president of the dst group, José Teixeira, in addition to international keynote speakers from the fields of civil engineering and urban planning.
The initiative also includes a roundtable discussion with representatives from various industry organizations, as well as presentations by international experts, and will conclude with a session dedicated to the economic, environmental, and social challenges facing the construction industry. The modernization of the sector is seen as essential to increasing productivity, reducing project timelines and waste, and addressing the growing housing shortage in Portugal.
