Rigor. (from the lat. rigore) n. 1. harshness; strength; 2.fig., severity; punctuality; accuracy.

There is no "more or less levelled", "more or less upright”, "more or less clean" or "more or less safe", but rather “levelled”, "upright”, "clean” and “safe". The rigour is reflected in our procedures, in time and in the rules to follow. In the light of moral and principles, being severe means being rigorous.

A solidary company is recognized as a fair and non-selfish company. A solidary company is a preferred choice in business. It is a more competitive company. Volunteering is a vehicle to solidarity. It is modern, fair, cultured, friend, it is a noble gesture of moral elevation.

It is a value that we must highlight as opposed to the fearful, cowardly and laziness.
The courage to react to criticism not with an attitude of demotivation or sadness, but rather to search for the means and the action to overcome its own reason. This kind of courage, which is also an intellectual courage, is highly recommended.

Responsibility. (from the lat respondere) n. the trait of being answerable to someone for something or being responsible for one's conduct; a form of trustworthiness.

We must be certain that, before a choice, we chose what is best for both of us and not just the best for each one. Each employee is responsible for his negotiated activity and co-responsible if the co-worker does not fulfil his own task, thus preventing the common goal. A team is a set of individuals - is a whole. In the business game, as in social or family contexts, everyone must comply with their own relative position and we shall not permit that one of ours fails to be in our team.

Jornal Económico

The building “Edifício Simulador I – Edifício PHC” will have a working area of 4 000 square metres and a capacity for 250 people.

Tagus Park is to invest 12 million euros in the construction of the new centre for PHC technology which will be located in the Oeiras Science and Technology Park. The information was confirmed by the technology company in a statement issued this Thursday.

The building “Edifício Simulador I – Edifício PHC” will have a working area of 4 000 square metres and capacity for 250 people. The construction of this building will also enable the start of a new phase of development for Taguspark, as regards new constructions, thus contributing to the development and modernization of the architecture of the Science and Technology Park.

Back in 2018, Taguspark had already started a regeneration project for the existing building, with the focus being on repositioning the park in the office rental market for science and technology-based companies. The interior and exterior regeneration of the Innovation I Building made it possible to accommodate LG Electronics in 2019.

This was followed by the Tecnologia I, II and III Buildings, the exterior renovation of which made it possible to create an aesthetically attractive and renovated environment, with the corresponding improvement in the level of comfort provided to the companies that currently occupy these. The aim is to complete this strategy to renovate the central Taguspark area by 2020, with the extension of external works for Inovação II, III and IV buildings.

The constructor for this project is DST, with the architectural aspect of the building being undertaken by the Openbook studio, and the financing entity for this operation will be BPI, as a source linked to this process confirmed to the newspaper Jornal Económico.

Ricardo Parreira, CEO of PHC Software, has “the ambition for this to be a reference for workplace experience at the European level. The start of these works marks the beginning of a new era of human resources for PHC, but also for Portugal”.

Eduardo Baptista Correia, CEO of Taguspark, is pleased with the start of an innovative project that will enable the PHC company to meet its goals of happiness in the workplace and best experience at work”.
